Top Combs

As original equipment supplier for numerous combing machine manufacturers we rely on our decades of experience of producing and developing top comb pin strips. On request we also produce and deliver top combs for all machine types on the market, even for older combing machines. For long staple fibers two different kinds of top combs are available:

  • The original standard top comb for numerous types of combing machines
  • Also available for all machines of older make
  • Proven glueing technique for increased stability an secure fixation of the pins

  • Reduced wear and tear
  • The increased number of pins provides a more effective distribution oft he fibres
  • Reduced strain onto the single pin
  • Reduced free space between the pins compared to standard top combs
  • The free space between two pins determines the cleaning efficiency
  • Homogeneous combing due to increased specific free space
  • Improved combing results of the combing sliver
  • The free space between the pins corresponds to the pinning densities 28 or 29 pins/cm
