VARIO-Comb® for ERA

Our VARIO-Comb® for long stable fibres can replace the original circular comb in combing machines. Fixed on the basic body of our comb are different kinds of VARIO-bars®. Due to the separation into basic body and VARIO-bars®, the maintenance of the comb is easier and cheaper, because only the VARIO-bars® have to be changed and not the whole comb.

Different kind of VARIO-bar® combinations can be used for different requirements of the combing process.

We also offer a modification for your ERA combing machine, which brings back the advantages of the PB-system. Our modification has a fixed starting point and pinning density of the VARIO-bars® from coarse to fine. For the ERA modification the gear and also the circular comb needs to be changed to a VARIO-Comb®. If already using a VARIO-Comb®, only the VARIO-bars® have to be changed.
